Room was clean and comfortable. The staff we encountered were friendly. We loved that there were many restaurants and a grocery store near by. Best part was the walking, running, biking path right out the back door.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well supplied. the major drawback for me was that the breakfast area had practically nothing in the way of vegan options (there was even any non-dairy milk). All there was were packages of instant oatmeal and hot water. the staff who took care of the breakfast area were on top of things if supplies were running low or dirty dishes were left on the counters.

There were some problems with my first room and a second room was provided cheerfully and promptly. The location was perfect for my small dog and I. The green space between the hotel and the river was well maintained and the proximity to the River walk was very nice.

The room was clean, the sheets were super soft and the pillows were perfectly fluffed. However, the bathtub was dated and getting into it, it felt as though it could fall through the floor. Outside of that everything was perfect.

Everything was good. Site is great, with access to walking along the river. There were many more children than expected. I'm not sure if that was associated with an event or convention. I would recommend.

The lobby area is wonderful and the amenities are great. The cleanliness of the back of the property is lacking. Trash on the ground the entire time we were there. Our bathtub didn’t drain properly and we notified them upon check out. Location is great.

This is a recently remodeled motel I’ve been told. First off it’s a motel, not a hotel as it has exterior doors to the rooms and no hallways. Check in was good the young lady was nice and professional. Climbed the stairs to our 2nd floor room, had to give the door a little kick to open it as it was stiff. Room appeared clean. A/C worked great, bed was sufficient. Towels had dirty smudges on 2 of them. One of the towels had a large black hair ball clump on it. The shower handle was backwards so the hot was to the right not left. The valve wouldn’t go full shower head so it ran from both the faucet and the shower head giving limited pressure. The hot water would go in and out so you’d have cold then the hot would return. I’d expect this from a cheap rate hotel but for $150 a night (10/11/26) I’m extremely disappointed in the room, and Expedia.
