「Water pressure on the shower is weak, low no matter where you stay. I have been there a couple of times. Blinds in the windows are not enough for the sun in the morning, mainly the rooms facing front of the building. 」
「Sadly one or more guests were inconsiderate using cannabis products during my stay. Tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to cracks. Staff did thoroughly clean the room. The young man who checked me in, very professional and knowledgeable. LeAnn the young lady to whom I returned the room pass was very friendly and pleasant especially appreciated since it was an early morning departure.」
「I booked a Deluxe room with bath tab as non-smoking and paid more than standard room online and paid in advance.
But it was no bath tab and looked like standard room for me.
Also towels and sheets smells a little tobacco for me.
Before check-out time, my husband told the difference between our booked room and price but front staff told him "Expedia will sent us receipt" without apology.
They charged us extra and gave us small room, so I want to return the difference of cost to stay if...
「The room was very clean and had everything I needed, including a kitchen. I also used the gym and had it all by myself, which was nice. I used the treadmill, but the gym also has two Peloton bikes, which I will try in my next trip. Most importantly, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. 」
