"I want to give a shout out to Victoria! She was beyond amazing such a wonderful welcome. Victoria is such a hard worker during our visit she did amazing at multitasking, during morning breakfast she would manage the front desk well helping make sure tables are clean and breakfast items stay stocked as well as doing towels. She goes above and beyond her customer service she gives 110% she greats you with a smile and a warm welcome I loved that during all her multitasking she kept such a positive attitude and was beyond kind. In chaos she was calm, kind and collected. Victoria is AMAZING!! Our family will definitely be booking here again the room was so spacious with our large family of 6 it’s very hard finding a decent room without having to book 2. My children and I agreed out of all the hotels we’ve stayed this one has been hands down the best! Our room was clean and fresh that’s very important. Our kids were very comfortable and happy. The beds so cozy and loved having king size beds and couch. We were beyond happy and hope to book the same room 201 next time we visit. Victoria thank you for being amazing and such a hard worker. "

"The room Smelled like old cigarettes, carpet and curtains worn and faded. Our room was close to the interstate and we heard car engines all night long plus the curtains don’t keep the May street lights out. No elevator to our wing- fine for us but would be super annoying if you have large luggage and obviously not accessible for mobility needs. The pool and hot tub are outdoors and closed in the winter/spring. Front desk woman was grumpy. The breakfast people were lovey, super helpful and fast. "

"It gets the job done with no frills. Pros: clean, okay beds, easy access, easy check-in Cons: insufficient parking, no extras (shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer, fridge, iron), no room service offered between nights"

"They overbooked, I arrived 10pm at night to check in and there was a giant line. Two families were told to go to the pasco red lion since they had no rooms, one couple got a key and came back within 10min and said you gave us a key to a room that is already taken and a family was in the room when we went in. It was ridiculously overpriced for a crappy hotel."

"The hotel was great. My only issue was after checkout, I realized I had left my swimsuit hanging on the hook in the bathroom. My Fiancé called a few hours later to ask and it was never found. They don't seem very honest to me considering it had to have been found by someone. "

"The Waffle maker was broken. We were disappointed because we usually use it everytime we stay."

"No river view. Paid for a suite with balcony. Was given a room with no balcony and when I told front desk she had very poor customer service. Furniture in the room was also broken."

"We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely well appointed home for our son’s wedding weekend. This lovely property was very spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and had everything needed, plus. Very peaceful environment. The outdoor deck is quite comfortable and provided a stunning view for beautiful sunsets, The host Arun was fantastic and was readily available to assist. If we ever get back to this area, we would return in a heartbeat. Can’t say enough positive things about this property and the host. A true gem."
