"The room was not inexpensive but the quality and comfort was outstanding so I felt better about the cost. But what we appreciated most and why we chose this property was that they offered a 24 hr shuttle service to airport and we needed to be there at 3:30am. This service was provided. Plus they provided us with a breakfast grab bag that turned out to be well chosen items and very appreciated. So I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The breakfast was good and fresh however the eating area was so noisy with the metal chairs scraping on the floor. The hot tub finally got cleaned but the children's pool area had a lot of dirt! I suggest they clean both pools at least three times daily. The hotel exterior is very run down and needs remodeled.its such a great location it's a shame to see it going downhill!"

The restaurant staff was lovely and personable House keeping also friendly and professional Overall a good experience love the fireplace in the room! River View is worth the extra money..."
