「This house is on an island, where its nice and quiet. Away from the hussle of everyday life. The neighbors were nice and friendly, the staff on the property were also nice and friendly. The house it small, with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. (both bathrooms have showers, no tubs) There is a rec area and a pool, there are areas to fish or just walk. 「Good job by the owner in renovating & furnishing the house, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. For our purposes, the location was excellent, very close to grocery stores and restaurants, as well as convenient for a short drive across the bridge to the island restaurants, shops and beach. While not a high end housing area, but priced accordingly, it was very quiet and safe. We plan to rent again on our next visit.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nettles Island. Were allocated a different house from the booking due to repair work but this one turned out to be also very nice. Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. 「We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing.
