"This hotel was a terrible experience from start to finish. No one came to clean the room or even change the towels, and there was no parking available, which made everything more frustrating. The customer service was horrible and left me feeling completely ignored. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"This hotel is my go-to when I’m staying overnight in Atlanta. It’s conveniently located near all the shopping centers and offers a variety of dining options. It’s also a great place for families. The rooms are always clean and haven’t disappointed me every time we’ve stayed there."

"Room was clean, beds & pillows clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Accessible room was next to the elevator so it was noisy until everyone was asleep! We didn’t eat the breakfast; it was pricey. The bar and restaurant are not open on Sundays so we were out of luck getting dinner unless we ordered Uber Eats or Grub Hub as we didn’t have transportation until the next morning. The hotel is a nice place for one night and close to Emory St. Joseph’s heart center."
