「A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location.」

It IS rustic (read- spiders mostly up high) that took some of the arachnophobic members of the family nervous, but...

「The cottage could use newer curtains,bed spread,and definitely a new couch the stairs are scary,wobbly and broken at the bottom step.the cottage is far from other towns and restaurants you definitely need a car.the kitchen was nice with everything you would need.we stayed 1week.internet was good.the heat was broken for 2 days in March so the house got cold but the management company was quick to respond 」

Gate entrance, as mooted, was very much a challenge. TV remote was non operative but was not practically relevant. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. The grounds were also well kept and we enjoyed walking around the garden. Would highly recommend the house to anybody wishing to find somewhere...

「Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. 」

All types of celebrations are catered for here from a formal dinner, to a party to a film night and even quiet relaxation in the pool and hot tub.
