"The property is great! There are shops nearby, you can walk or take the tram into the center or any areas of Toronto. The Staple Center, the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame and Harbour Front Centre are all in walking distance. The only reason I am giving the amenities a 3 out of 5 is because there was no restaurant in the hotel and no room service. You had to go out to get food. Otherwise, a great hotel. I would book again!"

"The breakfast was so good with many options, very busy on weekends but worth the wait. The staff are super kind and always helped when we had questions or forgot things (toothbrush, razor, etc.). The location is perfect, every time we comes to Toronto for a raptors game we stay here because it is walking distance to The Eaton Centre and a short uber (10-15 min) to the Scotiabank Arena"

"Room was absolutely disgusting, had to clean it just to feel safe. Had to change rooms 3 times in just one day, and had no hot water. Told them come after 9am to fix and two random men at 7am let themselves in the room unannounced while sleeping. This place is an absolute SCAM. Do NOT stay here the pictures aren’t reality!!!"

"The room at the Fairmont Royal York is dated and needs a major renovation. The bed also needs replacement and the bathroom is very dated for the price that is being charged for this room. Time to invest. "
