「部屋は比較的綺麗。お風呂に2人連続ではいると、2人目の時はお湯がでず、2時間以上待たないといけないのが不便。湯船にお湯を貯めると、シャワーでお湯がでない。」

「Out of all the places we stayed during our three weeks on the South Island, Ratanui Lodge provided the best service and hospitality. Firstly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them and the two ladies we dealt with went out of their way to give recommendations and ensure our stay was fantastic. 「The staff were so lovely accomodating and wonderful, unfortunately I arrived with a sore back so couldn’t do the walk and they were very caring with heat pack and healing balm upgraded our room, will be coming back. The place is paradise as well had a lovely spa with a view and beautiful meal at the restaurant. Highly recommend one of the best places I’ve been in the world and I have travelled a lot! 」
