"Check-in attendant wasn't very friendly. They only accept cash, but I thought I had paid online. He rudely told me I was wrong. I asked him to help my friend get to the train station and he said "why?". With customer service like that you could have a ticket machine do a better job."

"Caravan Hub was a very good choice as it is conveniently located near the Narita Airport. The owner was also particularly kind and very easy to talk with. When I notified that I couldn't make it to the regular check in schedule, they still willingly waited and accepted me checking in late. It seems that they also hold small parties with the guests, so it should be a very fun place to meet with other travelers. It was a good stay. "
