This hotel was absolutely beautiful! From the beautiful entryway, the carved headboard, the sumptuous fabrics and tile choices, and all the bathroom amenities. The staff were totally accommodating and knowledgeable. The location was perfect. A lovely stay.

Perfect stay at Hotel JAL City Toyama! The room was perfect and equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the laundry information feature on the TV such a smart and convenient detail. Lounge with free beverage is definitely a plus. Room is clean, spotless, with amenities provided. Parking space is provided free. Coin laundry facility is available despite we did not use during our stay.

LOVE this place. Feels like a 4 star hotel—large rooms, very clean and modern, great amenities—but it’s only rated as 3 star. I would book this place again without hesitation. Great location even walking back and forth through the snow (it snowed when we stayed). Staff very helpful. Most of Kanazawa has limited English speaking skills but staff will use google translate to help out :)

A truly unique and calm stay. The staff and amenities were as advertised and they have an amazing buffet breakfast that you must try. My room was clean and I had my own bathtub with termal water in my room.
Its in a great location with the museum of glass very close by!
