Very convenient for shin takaoka station.

LOVE this place. Feels like a 4 star hotel—large rooms, very clean and modern, great amenities—but it’s only rated as 3 star. I would book this place again without hesitation. Great location even walking back and forth through the snow (it snowed when we stayed). Staff very helpful. Most of Kanazawa has limited English speaking skills but staff will use google translate to help out :)

We stayed here for 3 nights to just enjoy the historic city of Kanazawa. Our room had two large, comfortable twin beds, big screen TV, great amenities for a Japanese hotel (mini-refrigerator, tea kettle, decent size bath tub), and two lounge chairs in a room and extra room to spread out a couple suitcases. There is paid parking attached to the hotel that needs reservations, staff were all friendly. A few minute walk to Kanazawa station that has access to all the buses to all the sites, some...

Regular shuttle bus makes the hotel as convenient as nearby the train station. Buffet breakfast is with great variety and plentiful. Service is good and staffs are very welcoming. Lounge with free beverage is definitely a plus. Room is clean, spotless, with amenities provided. Parking space is provided free. Coin laundry facility is available despite we did not use during our stay.

Very beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom machiya style house. The bedding is traditional Futon style bedding, which took some getting used to but after the second night it was beyond comfortable on the tatami mats in room. Bathroom is spacious and the garden is amazing for morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood not far from everywhere you’d want to go to in Kanazawa. I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse! Communication from the host was great as well!

The staff is very friendly. The air conditioning is a bit old.

I cannot say enough nice things about this property. We had the private onsen. Everything in our room and the onsen was immaculately clean and smelled like cedar and cypress. Location was quiet and serene, and allowed us to relax and connect to the beautiful land around us. Dinner was one delicious and creative course after another, often featuring local ingredients harvested that day. The only thing better than the room and the food was the hospitality of our hosts.
