"Well placed hotel next to the station in a lovely small city. 11/10 would book there again "

"Spacious room."

"Brand new and excellent condition property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, enough varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians. Value for money hotel. Just that the Breakfast Buffet food is only labelled in Japanese, thus need enquiry from staff about content and ingredients."

"We had such a great time!!! This was our favorite stay of the whole trip! We will be back"

"Quality is good and the breakfast is justified its price and the location is really good for short stay travelers while you don’t spend too much money on finding a fine hotel."

"Very good hotel. Good breakfest, good service, good SPA, everything was exelent, good service, clean."

"It’s still new "

"The environment feels quiet and safety."

"Right by the station, location’s a gem. Convenience store at level one, connected to the hotel makes it quite tempting to buy something back all the time. Toilet seems rather refreshed and new despite the retro feel of the hotel, very comfortable stay for four nights. "

"No complaints! I had a great stay in Toyama with the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and friendly chefs."

"Really helpfull staff, clean rooms, best location."

"Well appointed hotel with simple rooms."

"It was a comfortable stay!"

"The AC is weak. A bit hot inside the room. The room has smell. Free drinks and alcohol Amazing staffs."

"This place is well valued for the facilities they provide. The laundry is cheaper than all other hotels we have been too. Even got free breakfast."

"V good breakfast spread. Ample lots available for free parking."

"Great location, great staff, good breakfast n nice room. Thanks."

"The AC/heat is not adjustable for temperature, only air volume, so some people may find it too warm. The men’s bath is much nicer than the women’s, (says my wife). I was very happy with the pools on the men’s side. I tried both the Japanese and Western breakfast set meals and found them both very tasty."

"The room was clean and user friendly. The public bath too is something to look forward to after exploring the city"

"Great staff, clean rooms, convenient place to stay"
