「Excellent stay, top notch customer service! Prompt , professional service at check in; she was very knowledgeable and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed. I travel frequently, and am very impressed with the room cleanliness. Our suite was spacious enough to travel with our daughter, and accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, and love having coffee available in lobby 24/7. We look forward to coming back for next year’s event !」
「Convenience plus plus!! The hotel is attached to the conference center (Glass City) that I attended. Valet staff was fantastic! Restaurant (Assembly Brasserie) had great food. The staff bent over backwards to let us preorder so we could be back for our evening speaker. My room was spacious and clean with a great view of the river. I had an all around five star experience at this hotel. 」
「We were in town because of an early morning fishing trip. The room served its purpose. We chose it because of the reviews after we nixed the suggested motel.
The room is "vintage", but in good shape. I appreciate that the floors are not carpeted. I usually never sleep well in a hotel/motel the first night. I have stayed in 5-star hotels and not been comfortable in the bed. I usually travel with my own pillow. This bed and pillows were comfortable. 」
