The room was excellent, with a lot of space and comfortable beds. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were all helpful. I was most impressed with the smooth check, definitely an excellent experience and somewhere I would stay again .

Hotel staff are lovely. The room was good but I don’t like the set up of the bathroom, it is tiny bathroom and there is a curtain for the shower and the bathtub is really high to get into to get into the shower. Only reason it gets a 4 star rather than 5.

Great quality hotel in the heart of the business district around the Tokyo Station area. My wife and I based ourselves here for 13 nights around the Tokyo Marathon which finishes nearby that I was competing in. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are well appointed, modern and in good condition. There are a lot of dining options nearby and the inhouse coin operated washing machines were very helpful. Well done to all at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi Tokyo!
