I was so pleased with this hotel. It was so clean. Japanese custom, they laid out pyjamas for us. There was a well-stocked bar of toiletries that you could choose from. This included the flash, a hairbrush, toothbrush, facial prints… It was the closest hotel. Is it fine-tune the tuna auction. 18 minute walk. That was really nice at five in the morning. It was a little far from some other attractions like odaiba beach. But still very walkable.

Staff amongst the worse I have ever encountered in Japan. No smiles (yes you can tell if someone smiles behind a mask), zero urgency, zero friendliness. Room so small that you cannot even fit a single luggage without having to cliimb on top of it to exit the room. Requested double bed and received 2 single placed next to eachother, thankfully im not a skinny person but fell right i between them when sleeping. Would not return

The staff were nice, my room was very clean, and they were transparent with how cleaning works. Also, even on the days I asked for no cleaning necessary, they gave me a new set of towels!

Everything is good except: During checkout, I asked if the hotel can keep one piece of my luggage for one day. But the front desk said they can only hold it for the same day, not overnight. Even if I am willing to pay them, they still don't accept it. Most hotels in Tokyo have such service for free. So be aware if you run into such situation.

The 24 hours front desk is helpful with luggage forwarding service. They also sell shipping boxes here so it's a pleasant surprise. The free drinks bar from 2-10pm was a nice touch, though I wish it opened till midnight as it takes quite a while to return to the hotel from central Tokyo. The building itself is nicely furnished, the room and bed is comfortable and the washroom is clean. The room is a bit small for a 3 people room, not much space between beds. The space by the door is big enough to have two large luggage open. Counter space is limited. The shower, toilet and sink are separate so it's helpful. While it's only 7 minutes walk from the Yurikamome Line (this circles around Odaiba), it's actually quite a far walk (20 min) from the Rinkai Line (this leads to central Tokyo) so that makes this hotel less accessible than expected. It does have a shuttle that goes to Tokyo Big Sight, but it's limited to the morning only, and the pick up shuttle from Tokyo Big Sight is evening only. There is a Lawson and Ariake Garden mall within a few minutes walk. There is an airport limousine bus stop for Haneda at Ariake Garden. If you plan to visit central Tokyo often, this is not a convenient hotel to stay at. If you plan to stay by Odaiba area and visit the Toyosu Market in the morning, then this is a good place to stay at as it's only 15 min walk from Toyosu Market, so you can get there even before the train starts running. We didn't end up going to Toyosu Market though.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast was great, very close to a bus stop, the airport limo bus, and a train stop. They spoke English well enough to always be incredibly helpful and kind. We would stay here again when we get back to Tokyo.
