"We booked this room and it was awful the closets were full of things and the window was broken in kids where kids sleep, room bunk beds were not made, mops brooms were dirty and left out, do not stay in here.can't believe they wouldn't do anything. So we went to front desk and rebooked another 2 bedroom and it was beautiful. "

"river ranch wedstgate has gone from a fun family vacation to dog crap and a huge waste of time and money. the rooms are overpriced, and rodeo has become a big disappointment. The Golf carts were sold out, so was shooting, so was mostly everyhting. The food options are pathetic. the one sit down service restaurant is not suitable for my dog. the other restaurant is self serve in a cheap ugly building. We have been to River Ranch 4 times over last 6 years and we will never return again. "

"We did not realize this was a family resort and therefore there were lots of kids. We could hear kids running and playing in the room above us all day and evening. Need more sound proof floors. Also, the hot tub was cooler than the swimming pool. I contacted the manager and was told they were working on it. We asked other guest and they said it was typical for the hot tub not to be hot. The choice for restaurants was slim to none during the week - just the main pricey restaurant."
