"Fantastic hotel, ideal for Sandown racecourse. Great room, staff very pleasant and helpful. Good range of food. Breakfast was great. Did not have time to try fitness amenities, but they looked impressive."

"Room was a good size and very clean, staff were very friendly. What I would say is if you don’t like to sleep in a hot room, turn the heated towel rail off immediately. There isn’t a switch as such, in my room there was a breaker switch at low level by the door. Besides that, the hotel is in a great location and plenty of parking."
