What a lovely location, especially in the summer. Outdoor patio overlooking the pond was so relaxing. Reception were helpful and room was clean. The bar ran out of a few drinks, but it was Bank holiday. Breakfast was congested and badly designed. Staff tried hard to keep up and were working so hard but they needed more help and a better layout.

Nice location, in the deep of Surrey AONB but that’s where it ends. The building itself is dated and needs modernising. It’s great as somewhere to lay your head. Small bathroom, thin pillows and duvets.

Liked: Cleanliness
We spent two nights at the hotel and were very pleased from the moment we arrived. The décor was lovely, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was big and extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. We used the spa facilities on the day of arrival, and it was wonderfully quiet — we were able to enjoy the sauna, steam room, pool and the gym without any waiting. The whole hotel felt calm and serene throughout our stay. The food was very good, and overall it was a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again.
