BIDWELL COTTAGE, a charming hideaway close to Lake Daylesford

"Such a lovely little cottage nestled amongst a lovely garden that offers privacy peace and quiet. Great location, close to lake and Vincent Street.Bed was super comfy and bellypot fire was so cosy warm at night with plenty of wood to keep us going.Kitchen well equipped with coffee machine, chocolates ( sorry we love chocolates and ate most of them) and a bottle of bubbly. We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend"

"I'm losing count of how many times we've returned to this beautiful house when we visit Daylesford - it is our "go to" property and we don't even look at alternatives because we love it so much! We love the homely feel to the property and the great amenity, location and tranquil views it offers. Stuart is a responsive and accommodating host and every aspect of this experience was fabulous (again!)"

"The room is has a modern, chic look and was very clean, it was a delight! The breakfast box provided was also a nice treat. Just note that all the rooms are on the 2nd floor and there are quite a few steps to carry your luggage up and down if you bring any."

"The place was amazing. The spa was always nice and warm and ready to relax in at the end of each day. The only downfall for us was that we love to be secluded away from traffic and unfortunately was unaware of the hwy across the front of the property. I cannot fault the property or the host, had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Check in and out was simple. Great location, central to all the popular things to do in Daylesford. Would recommend this to friends and family :)"
