"The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Check-in was a bit confusing but nothing too hard - just have to go to the gaming room to get my keys. The reason I'm giving a middle review of because the room I stayed in - Room 10 - was incredibly loud at night as it sits above the gambling / game room. There appears to be no soundproofing between the floors. So if you need to go to bed early, this is not the room for you as I believe the gaming room remains open until the early hours. I would have added another star but I've seen others complain about this as well. If I was in another room, it would have been better. My advice: when booking, as for another room besides room 10"

"The property was a bit tired, clean and fine. The bed was very uncomfortable for me and my wife so we didn't quite get the full R&R we'd hoped for. I'm guessing the bed is quite old, it was saggy on each side with a raised section in the middle which is typical for old beds, so not easy to get a good night's sleep - and that is in the top couple of things we are after in accommodation. Spa tub was hot, everything easy otherwise, though I did feel like no-one checked the freezer seeing as there were an ice cube missing from the ice tray and a couple of golden gay time ice creams in an open packet.
