"The staffs were just amazing. Everyone there would go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The pictures that you see on the website is exactly what you will see when you get there. The food at the restaurant was very good, love their breakfast. We had seafood and it was delicious. Overall we enjoyed it very much. Will definitely come back with family next time. This is better than 5 star hotel!"
"Nice family run property close to the main Ubud shopping and restaurant area but in a quiet off street location, staff and owner were very helpful and communicated well, we had a very clean single room with en suite in a pleasant courtyard setting."
"We were well looked after. The villa we stayed in was excellent. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The SPA facilities were of high quality. The reception organised all our tours and activities for us and each activity was executed well. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"A beautiful stay at Ketuts! The owner and staff were so kind and helpful during the stay! The pool and hotel grounds felt like an oasis while being in city center Ubud. Our room was tiny, so if you’re tall, be aware. Would recommend! "
"We loved our stay. From the moment we were picked up by the driver (Komang, you were so lovely and accomodating, thank you so much for waiting all that extra time for us and doing a second transfer which was also delayed, we hugely appreciated it) we were immediately thoroughly looked after. We have never experienced the levels service we did here - everyone helped immensely and nothing was too much trouble. They even arranged a lovely flower greeting for our anniversary, a much appreciated personal touch.
Our room was lovely (sky loft) it was only a shame that we didn't spend too much time there as we were out exploring, but we loved having breakfast on the private roof terrace. We also had an in room massage which was very relaxing.
Unfortunately we also didn't get to go in the pool but it looked very peaceful.
The food was lovely (breakfast, we were not around for dinner) and we appreciated the detail and arrangements to get everything perfect.
Although the surrounding area is very peaceful and natural, we appreciated the complimentary scooter rides into the center of Ubud, we had a jam packed itinerary and it helped keep us on track. The concierge was also at hand to advise and help with our plans and questions.
The hotel is small but bespoke and allows the staff to really focus on their guests. We doubt we will ever be looked after the same and we thank everyone for their friendliness and hospitality. We had an amazing stay and wished it was longer. "
"The Lokha was the perfect stay in Ubud! It’s walking distance into the centre but with plenty of little cafe and restaurant options close by. Staff were all so wonderful, the yoga and spa areas were gorgeous - all contributed to a really relaxing stay. "
