「Amazing customer service N very clean hotel. I recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay in that area」

「Friendly staff especially Melissa the Manager. Clean place. Will be back」

「Everything was great from check-in(appreciated no extra fee for being early) to check-out. Courteous front desk staff. Property and common areas all well maintained. Our room was very clean, beds extremely comfy. Excellent grab and go brekky.」

「Pricey but beautiful cottage, clean, spacious」

「The view from boat dock was nice . The breakfast was a joke. They only had coffee and instant oatmeal. You have to make it yourself . We booked for 2 nights and only stayed for one. Their pictures are deceiving.」

「Wonderful place with lots of room, comfortable bed and nice hot tub」

「Staff were friendly. Better amenities than other motel. 」

「All was good. It would all have been ideal if there were a chair (and may be two if a two bed room) Just an ordinary dining room type chair would have sufficed. The bed was too soft for sitting and the bench type piece of furniture uneven and not comfortable for sitting.」

「The hotel was very comfortable. All hotel employees have great hospitality, thus the stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious.

「clean the washroom and replace bathtub!」

「Great place to stay in Kingston. Close to everything. Loved that the rooms had balconies you could sit on. Rooms were modern and large.」

「We couldn’t have been more impressed with every detail of our stay. Staff was incredible and so helpful. Our space was beautiful and special. Breakfast was incredible as well. What a nice way to treat ourselves. I will absolutely go back. You must try this place. The fact that it’s family owned was a nice detail to hear about afterwards. Thank you to all of you.」
