「Clean room」

「I would not recommend staying here. The room I paid for was not the room I received and they offered only downgraded options. Had to ask multiple times just to get towels and body wash filled (empty when I arrived). The elevators aren’t all working so at times it’s a 10minute wait to get up and down. My last night there, an employee scanned the door to my room and when they noticed I was there they said “never mind” and walked out quickly. Just a real lack of professionalism, communication...

「きれいなホテルでした」

「I had an executive room on the first floor w a private patio area. It was very clean and even smelled nice. The room had a nice bathroom and very big king size bed. It would also be great for someone who needed to do work or be on computer while there.」

「Need to be careful on floor 14 the carpet everywhere is coming up. From elevator to my room. Any older person could trip and fall」

「so we stayed in the balcony suite and once we got there we were pretty surprised to learn that after pay」
