Breakfast not included Staff not so friendly Overall terrible, cannot compare to a Hilton (which has comfy beds/ pillows, free parking and free breakfast with friendly staff), plus we get points. "I was so tired I just wanted to rest. I would have appreciated it if they had asked me if the noise bothered me or not! A train was passing by constantly; it was as if the blessed train was inside the room. I asked them to park my car, but they wouldn't accept my credit card. They made me scan a system that didn't work day or night! Now I'm having nightmares about that train. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, not in this life, not in the next."
