"The room was clean and roomy. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The breakfast area tended to get busy and it was sometimes hard to access food easily. "

"The experience was amazing as we went for Valentines weekend. It all starts and ends with the Team/Staff. Their level of service was bespoke and they all went above and beyond to ensure our experience was incredible. Specific example was we were coming down the elevator and a cleaning team jumped on. As we decended the employees asked about our stay, what could they do better, was there something they could help us with etc. We were so impressed with both of them. The room was incredible and amenties are top notch. The Mansion itself is like a museum and the wandering about the grounds and gardens was a highlight. We will be back for sure and cant thank the entire Duke Mansion team for an amazing stay."

"I was in town for concert at the Blumenthal Center and the Hyatt House was an easy walk to that venue; it's even closer to the Spectrum, which is right next door. And there are tons of bars and restaurants also within easy walking distance. So, it was ideal to be able to valet park my car (though a bit pricey!) and not have to worry about driving. Hotel staff were all remarkably friendly and helpful. My room was perfectly clean and quiet, and the hotel bar was perfect for drinks and light fare. Highly recommend."
