"Location was good. Reasonable walk to Oxford University. The continental breakfast was nice to have. Never saw that anywhere else. Seems like a one man show and he is doing his best. Important to know what you are getting though. This is an old run down property. The carpets are old, dirty and stretched out. Bedding seemed nice."

"The first room smelled as if someone had smoked. I asked for a room change and I was immediately accommodate. The staff was professional. The room where I stayed was clean. As you enter the property there was a smell of toilet, which not the best welcoming sign. "

"Simple, clean room. The radiator was off and it got quite cold before I realised it and turned it on. There was a smell of cat in the reception while I was there for a couple of days. "
