"The property is very clean. The owners pay attention to small details that are very convenient. Well supplied coffe/tea area, plenty of bathroom amentities, firewood available for purchase, plenty of storage and organization available in bedroom for clothing, etc."

"We were very impressed with the whole layout. Its a beautiful, extremely comfortable, spacious, clean. We all slept well and enjoyed the hot tub. The view off the deck. Wonderful kitchen and appreciated having use of the gas grill. 5 stars! Loved it!"

"The cabin was very clean and was accurate to the description online. The location was great! The neighboring cabins were close by, but we definitely still had our privacy! All of the major hiking locations were within a 5-10 minute drive. Most of the bigger restaurants, wineries, stores, etc. were about a 15-20 minute drive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at The Lakota and would highly recommend!"

"This was an excellent choice of cabins! Lovely setting, with all the comforts of home. The cabin was very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed relaxing on the covered porch, camp fires at night and soaking in the hot tub after hiking all day. The location is prefect; close to everything, yet feeling very private in the woods. The host had great communication and the booking, checking in/out was a breeze. We would definitely highly recommend! We will be back."

"This was our 1st trip to Hocking Hills! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved our cabin! It had everything we needed and communication with the host was excellent! We especially loved the hot tub after long days of hiking! The big screen tv with all the channel options was nice too, along with excellent wifi! The only downside for us was the location. We didnt realize how far away we were from the trails, stores, restaurants, etc. We spent alot of time driving!! So just keep this in mind...

"Beautiful property! Private. Enjoyed the hot tub and gas fireplace. Some inexpensive items that would have improved our experience would be a night light for the bathroom and a dish rack. We couldn't find the remote for the tv and could have used more towels. I liked that hand soap and dish soap were available."

"To start to say this place was great is an understatement! Was the perfect place for my wife and I’s first wedding anniversary. Check in and check out were very simple. The evenings and mornings were relaxing as could be with the location being very secluded. Cabin was very very clean and comfy all the way around. We look forward to making this a tradition and going back every year. I seen some negative comments leading up to our stay which is generally just a year say. To say those comments...

"The property was perfect! Beautiful location and setting. Didn’t need for anything. Only issue I had was no tv in either bedroom which is how I fall asleep….but that’s my own issue. The owner was communicative and prompt. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area."

"Nice, quiet place to be if ur not into party or entertaining, yet close to places if u are. Love the country setting with all the birds singing in the mornings. The dogs loved the opened field so they could do zoomies. Really loved the hot tub and fire pit."

"Cute,nice and cozy. To many wasp and bees something needs to be done to get rid of them. Also would be nice to have a fire pit outside the caboose. Besides that had a great time."
