「The host was great and the cabin was so cozy and well taken care of. The only complaint I have was the hot tub. That was the main reason for going and we did not end up using it because it did not smell good at all. It definitely needs to be taken care of better. Other than that it was a great place to stay.」

「Hot tub was hot, smelled like sulfur a bit but not super bothersome. The bedroom was quite dust filled. The bathroom was beautiful, probably the peak of the stay. The private lake part isn't truthful, it may be private for the owners but this particular cabin was not. Was told they couldn't give us the exact place it was because of privacy". very strange. We went and found it about a half a mile away from my cabin and it was like a couple feet from a septet cabin so maybe that cabin needs that...

「I asked for a later check out at 12:30 or 1 and the person working the front desk said they would put a note in about it. The next day the cleaning lady came knocking on the door at 11 and the lady said that they didn’t give late check out. 」

「We were there for my best friend's funeral and needless to say i was not in a good head space to begin with. Our check in was a disaster. We got our door cards and headed up all the stairs with our luggage to find that our cards didn't work. We were thankful our adult daughter was with us so she could run down the stairs to get them fixed. She did this 3 times and they still weren't fixed. 「Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet. I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). For a short “getaway,” for some better sleep, I would not unfortunately stay at this location again. Hotel was clean, service was kind and pleasant. Just...

「We highly recommend this beautiful property! The views and the surrounding area are wonderful!! We visited in January during a big winter storm and even though the temperatures were not ideal, we still loved the stay and enjoyed the views. The driving directions were very clear and the hosts were thoughtful and attentive. We had all the supplies we needed and found the listing very accurate. We would absolutely recommend this property and hope we can come back soon!」
