"It is very outdated. No elevator. Pool was closed. No vending machines. Only one ice machine. Was very clean. Mostly foreign people worked there. Breakfast was good. The housekeeping employees were very rude. Saturday afternoon we were just chilling in the room, with the door locked. All is a sudden the door opens and they don’t say anything and start to walk in the room. They notice someone setting in the chair at the desk and say “Oh” and go back out then suddenly comes back in and starts talking. I jump up out of the bed and run over to the door. She is asking if we need clean towels or anything. We have the privacy door hanger in also. I tell them no. They didn’t say “housekeeping” or anything before coming in, didn’t knock. Then didn’t even sorry or anything either. Good thing we weren’t doing anything. lol. That was very rude. Other than that is wasn’t to bad for the price we paid. Will never return to stay there again. "

"I was kind of worried when I got in the shower. When I pulled the knob to release the shower water, the whole faucet seemed like it was going to come out of the wall. Bring your own tissues, unless you like the sheet paper kind. Had to get the 1’s from my car. The breakfast and staff in the dining room get 5stars ! Bed was comfy. Could have used another chair in our room. Plenty of heat. "

"I stayed here for a short night after attending a sports event. Incredibly disappointed to be honest. I would like to first say the staff was excellent and responsive to my needs and assisting with the issues. Staff was great again. The walls here are paper freaking thin. I mean every single word that comes out of your “neighbors” mouth is heard. The pool area is disgusting it REEKS like cigarettes. Towels at this location are super old and raggedy. I also kid you not, I killed a spider in my room within like 10 minutes of being there. Please do not think of this location as a suite or “better than a regular hotel” this place is pretty junky and is just lucky they have a decent man working the front desk. Breakfast was served promptly and well attended too, but the food man. Bagels were stale and just not Many other selections."

"Room was okay. Construction around the property made things a bit dusty. The heater was loud and not easy to sleep through. Grate in the parking lot would makr a thud noise everytime someone drove over. A very long night with little sleep."

"The rooms were dirty and nasty. The tub had slime and yellow stuff in it. The bed was horrible and bedding dirty. The blankets had someone’s hair all over it. I called to check out the next day even though I had it booked and now fighting to get a refund. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to and I have traveled a lot!!! I will never again stay there and I will tell my large business to not use your business again due to these issues and lack of concern or willing to make this right. "
