「We were at the Convention center for a three day tournament. So the proximity and free parking were incredible. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and the night club was very loud. The first night I tried with only the sound machines and was kept awake until they closed. Saturday night I did the earplugs and sound machine and was able to sleep but I could still hear it. The apartment itself was cute and mostly clean (you can tell it is pet friendly). The shower wasn't functioning...

「After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

「After booking on your web site, where it stated that there was only one room left...we arrived to find that the property has NOT been open for months. We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all.」
