「Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. 」

「As soon as I opened the door the place reaked like a dog kennel. When I flicked the light switch nothing happened so I had to make my way over to the lamp near the door and tried to turn it on but it wasn't even plugged in. Neither was the ac unit. The ac was completely broken with knobs coming off in my hand the the plug had burn marks all over it. The sheets & pillowcases all had stains on it. The manager did give me a can of Febreeze for the smell & luckily I had brought a box fan with me...

「Clean room, parking was useful but traffic coming in with Mcdonalds blocking it off, staff didn’t really indicate much, no breakfast was mentioned to us nor did we see it.」

「The pictures of the property clearly show that the breakfast is available whereas there was no breakfast.」

「Room was not very clean, walls were beat up, floor was breaking apart in bathroom and in cracks of room, hairdryer was missing, not that we would have showered there because shower was filthy, but there was no bath soap/ shampoo provided. our bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty with stains, and we didn’t even have any blankets. We had 2 very thin sheets and a flat sheet. Other visitors were very loud banging stuff around all night long .」
