"We had a very disappointing stay. We booked a room for 5 people, but when we arrived, the sofa bed was not properly prepared and didn’t even have a mattress. We had to wait about an hour for staff to bring one, which was very inconvenient after a long day of travel. To make matters worse, the bed was not set up—we had to do it ourselves. The breakfast was also below expectations, ranging from mediocre to poor, with limited options and quality. I understand this is a Comfort Inn, but at nearly $300 per night, we expected a basic level of readiness and service, which was clearly not met. For the price we paid, this experience was unacceptable. We believe a partial refund would be appropriate given these issues."
