"The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The rooms have been recently remodeled. The breakfast was very good and more than we expected. But the other parts of the property were very disgusting. The walls were thin, so you could hear everything around you, there was a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel at all times of the night, pretty shady people too. The hotel being next to the highway, you hear cars and trucks throughout the night."

"This hotel was renovated in late 2024, so it has a relatively ne feel to it. The rooms are well thought out but like many in this hotel class, they use the open spaces design, so no drawers anywhere. The rooms do not have a coffee maker, but they offer 24-hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The free breakfast is continental, with a dispenser for a locally made vanilla yogurt."

"A/C kept going on and off. When it wasn't on, it got humid and a little warm in the room. Fridge did not work. Knob to adjust temp was stripped. Toilet was probably 18" high! No kidding! There was coffee service in the room but no coffee. Clean hotel! Breakfast was a bit boring but ok. Staff in breakfast room was SO NICE."

"Wonderful room. And great service. Staff friendly. Plenty of parking. And great location. Bars with live music and food are within walking distance. Will definitely book again. "

"No frills or thrills. Dirty floors and dirty feeling. Peep hole on the door was just a hole that could be seen through on inside and out, had to put tissue paper in the hole. Breakfast was a joke…there was none. At least Waffle House and Cracker Barrel next to it. Close to hwy 40 and Piercy Priest Lake is about the only good thing. The young woman working that evening I checked in was a delight to correspond with. Just a place to sleep, shower and leave."
