「The room was big but worn out, but OK for someone who is just staying there only to sleep. The service is at the hotel or professional, also the breakfast was fantastic The pool was just amazing however it was close to the restaurant and we felt like we are being watched all the time especially because we were wearing bikinis.
The staff at a Ramada was very helpful in all our wishes, however the receptionists could speak better English.
We would stay here again.」
「Liked: Friendly staff. Early check-in. Good location (local bus direct to centre and to Balapan station). English-language channels on the TV. Breakfast included (although mostly Indonesian food).
Disliked: The standard room was quite small and had no kettle or fridge. There was also no "no smoking" option with the standard room.」

不満なのは冷蔵庫がないのと、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋のテレビ音や話し声、廊下の音などすごい聞こえてきます。」
