「Our family (ages 7-70 yrs) had a great time staying at this cabin! The kids loved the hot tub and found creative ways to play in the melting snow. (Like building a snow man in their swimsuits.) The space is great for all ages. Plenty of room for 10 people. 」

「The house and the fenced back yard were much bigger than expected. The bed was very comfortable, there was everything we needed, and the location was fantastic. Check in was really easy. 」

「Stairs to the second floor are impossible to gonupnand down for elderly and children. Stairs do not meet any building code. BBQ was not functional. 」

「They property was clean and comfortable, but there were a few maintenance issues. The stairs to the front deck were wobbly and uneven. The jets in the hot tub didn't work right (but they did say so in advance), and some of the trim and paint inside was chipped and worn. 」

「Very clean and well run, the neighborhood is very quite, and the cottage is perfect for anyone needing a 1 bed accommodation. The bedroom and living room are spacious, the kitchen is minimal but adequate for simple meals.」

「My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the River Run Cottage. Right on the river and still walking distance to town make this an ideal place to stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is responsive and helpful.」

「Peaceful retreat in the woods! The house has a full stocked kitchen and grand room with vaulted ceiling. Master bedroom is downstairs. We enjoyed relaxing morning coffees on the back deck. Close to Suncadia trails for bike riding and exploring. Shout out to Tanya (property manager) who was very responsive to questions and helpful with answers. The house was immaculate when we arrived! 」
