"Beautiful property and access to the beach. The pools were clean. The breakfast was great (waffles, muffins, cereal, eggs, bacon/sausage, coffee/juice). Unfortunately, our room by the pool had a constant leak through the concrete at the front of the room. The floor/carpeting near the door was constantly soaked and never dried. "It was EXTREMELY expensive. The toilet seat was old, rippled ceiling from possible water damage same on door in bathroom. Staff was kind and efficient. No flowers in huge outside pots.. just filled with dirt"

"We enjoyed our stay but the hotel is old. The room had a musty smell, the bath tub had rust spots and black marks. The bathroom was dated and there wasn’t a handheld sprayer in the shower which is nice if you’re a woman. To access the balcony (we had an oceanfront room), you have to open an exterior door and step over a tall threshold. For the price of the room I did expect something a little nicer. "

"Our first night was not a good experience. It was running up and down the halls and screaming and loud banging until 4am and we had to be up by 7am. I went down to tell the front desk and she informed me that there was a track team above us and next to us. It was horrible.
