"The lounge area here is very nice. When we got back from downtown (which is very close and easy to get to from here) we were able to grab a drink and cozy up by the fire. The room was clean and comfortable. "

"Our whole trip was amazing. The staff was so friendly. Rooms were very clean, easy access to shopping and restaurants They have a trolley that's free that will take you to Pigeon forge. The only thing I had a complaint about was when buying alcohol at the bar. The tax they charge you for alcohol is like 22% which is outrageous. Would definitely go back and I highly recommend."

"My wife and I stayed here for our 50th wedding anniversary. We loved the property. So clean and orderly. We loved the large covered area with seating and fireplace at rear of hotel. We have decided to come back for Christmas vacation !"

We did not even have to leave the facilities if we didn’t want to they had everything and although we had our 20 month old granddaughter, she had a blast playing and hopping in the water and if we would’ve had a 15 year-old and anywhere in between they would’ve had a blast Much better than what we had expected.
