「I’ve stayed here many times but this was the first time on the ground floor. The bushes/shrubs provided privacy on the balcony but they were so high, they took away from the relaxing view of the waterway. Therefore we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony as much. The room was nice but our shower never got hot. I probably would prefer to not be on the ground floor in the future.」
