"Over-all, for the type of hotel, it was pretty good. The rooms were clean, but could use some cozy updating. The shades were old and broken and it has a cold feeling. Nothing special about the rooms at all. And for these reasons, I felt it was over-priced for the quality. I could've gotten a better room somewhere else for the price I paid. However, it was a safe neighborhood and a conveniently located... near a lot of attractions, restaurants, stores within walking distance, etc.. The only real issue I had was the fact that when I booked it via Orbitz, I was quoted a cheaper price, but was charged a higher price and didn't know it until afterwards when I looked at the receipt, and they would not honor the price I thought aI was getting when I called. That was frustrating, but not the hotels fault."

"This is definitely a hidden gem! The customer service from the time we arrived to departure was hands down the best I have experienced. I travel a substantial amount, and have never been this impressed. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Well Done staff and management! "

"This is a quaint little place on the same tier as a roadside motel. They have a consistent theme and the property is well maintained. One of the few hotels in the area of feature free parking for guests, and with plenty of great dining options right next door. Would stay here again."
