"The rooms, bathrooms, etc.were nice. Very comfortable bed. My only complaint is the parking charge. I selected to park for 2 hours the first night i was there. The posted charge for 2 hours was $14.00, which i agreed to, parking my car in the garage from 10:45 pm. to 12:00 am..Inspite of this, i was charged $55.00. A charge for a full day. In total i was charged $110.00 for 1 full day and the specifically requested 2 hour parking. Bad business. Left me greatly disappointed. Especially since staff proceeded to argue with me about it. The facts are the facts."

"The entire staff was amazing from the valet attendant to the check-in host to the bartender to the housekeeping staff. They accommodated every single request we made in addition to going above and beyond our expectations. We were celebrating my 70th birthday and made sure it was an extra special occasion."

"We loved The Tangerine! A couple things stood out: 1) Friendly, knowledgeable staff 2) Very clean room! 3) A wonderful heater/AC unit! It took no time to warm up when it got cold at night. 4) A deep tub. It felt glorious to have a hot bath! 5) Great choices for hot drinks in the lobby and the little coffee maker in the room was perfect. And we liked the pastries in the morning. 6) Wonderful restaurants just steps away. (Go to Don Cuco's!) 7) Easy-to-access free parking. We would recommend The Tangerine to anyone heading to Burbank, CA!"

"We came after Universal Studios Horror nights and checked in late, at midnight. The guy at the front desk was fabulous. Something I noticed in reviews… our AC unit didnt turn on AT the unit. I turned it on and then used the dial on the wall to make it work. Then it worked perfect. Apparently there isss an elevator that comes from the garage to the front lobby, fyi. I just didn’t notice it. Theres also multiple levels in the underground garage.. we parked on the immediate floor that we entered. It was straight forward pricing, no surprises. We slept, it was good. The TV was wonky with the TV guide (and how they line up with channels) but theres a spongebob 24/7 channel if you have kids haha. We called to check out and nothing was weird about any of it. We felt safe, which is big for me. I dont wake up early enough to check out the breakfast haha. "
