"Oceanfront room view was amazing. Sunrises on the balcony or beach were beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was always clean and organized. Cons: No airport shuttle and thrives to park on premises is high considering what you are already paying for the room plus daily amenities fee. Include a shuttle and/or free on sight parking to help account for those amenities fees."

"Breakfast was very basic. The cleanliness not great, the floor was sticky. The condition of the property needs upgrade big time."

"I can't imagine how this place gets the ratings they have. The staff was friendly and responded to requests but in 6 days we never had anyone clean, bring towels, provide toilet paper, etc. This is an aging property that may once have been like a small inland resort, but now it's a grungy motel. Linens are grubby, lamps rusty, beds tiny... The pool is quite nice and lake view is pleasant if you get a room with a view. I’ve stayed in worse places and I've stayed in more expensive places, but the rates and the property are a mismatch for sure. "

"Linens were only changed once during a 6 day stay and we had to ask for it on day 4. While it’s not necessary to change the linens daily, a freshly made bed would have been nice. "
