「Great staff, unique rooms」

「The HVAC unit in our room was loud. We couldn't find a way to quiet it or adjust the thermostat so that it ran less often.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. We were only there 2 nights and wished we were staying longer. No view from our room but the area is beautiful and there is much to do. Our 1-bedroom room was spacious and well-equipped. The only problem was the very low toilet and they are replacing those gradually. We could have used more info at check-in as to the indoor pool and what else is available at the hotel. Check out went well and employee was very helpful and friendly.」

「This is a well maintained property. Very family friendly lots of kids and indoor outdoor pools, mini golf, arcade, saunas. We stayed in a 2 story townhouse with 2 full bathrooms living room upstairs bedroom and full bath with jacuzzi. Kitchen is very clean and supplied with all you need. And the backyard is all the Berkshire’s have to provide. Wonderful. We stayed 2 nights.」

「The phone, shower head and amenities were lacking. Except for the gentleman who check me in (Steve) I really didn't see anyone else. He seemed to be working there 24 hours. The lampshades on the bed lamps were broken and gerry rigged to stay on . The phone was broken and the shower head dribbled until I fixed it myself. For the price I paid, over a thousand dollars for 2 nights...I expected better..」

「Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms are somewhat old and need an upgrade. Overall an ok hotel - good rate for the area, but not particularly appealing Breakfast is ok.」
