「It was the sweetest Place ever. It was compact yet cute and efficient. Great shower and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check in and clean. There were all the amenities that we needed. The owner was very nice and even started a fire in the cute fire pit. We enjoyed the scenery and the pretty lake setting. Than-you for a pleasant experience in Mass. I」

The body smell from them was unbearable. Also all lights (the floor lamp and two lamps on the night stands) did not work. I know this is an inexpensive hotel (actually, not that inexpensive after all) but these things are absolutely necessary at any place where people stay.」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Obviously very old motel that had few updates and paint covered up structural and cosmetic problems. Our room smelled awful. Sleep surface linens and bath towels were clean, however bed skirt had dust/… and had not been washed. Mattress was very very hard and uncomfortable. Very obvious the supporting hotel chain was just looking for profit, the staff had little to work with. You had to pay for WiFi, no public television stations, early or late check in/out cost...
