「Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. I was on the 2nd floor oceanfront on the deck. I wish I would have been up one floor, as I couldn't leave my door open because the deck was shared by everyone. Positives were the Coconut Club was right there on the deck also. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to book here. That was my only negative. I would highly recommend staying here.」

「This has to be one of the best hotels to stay on the boardwalk because of the way it's positioned. It is positioned at an angle to the boardwalk so with balconies you get a wider view of the beach and the boardwalk. We've stayed here multiple times and this is absolutely our favorite hotel down in Ocean City. Everybody's always wonderful and the rooms are clean. I love that the rooms have actual windows and a door instead of a sliding door.」

「After checking in i never saw the office open. I was unable to contact anyone by telephone. The only one that answered their phone was an AI assistant. 」

「Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
