「It was bike week and we didn't know when we booked our stay. They should ask if your here for bike week. Because i could've leave my slider door open to listen to the waves at night because the bike were loud until about 1230am to even 2am. I know we booked the side view to see the ocean but we could enjoy it because of the bike noise 」
「The room was very roomy. The bathroom was clean and spacious. View was great, could see the boardwalk and beach along with the street so alot happening in one place. Felt clean and comfortable the whole time. No rust, stains, loose things or broken. The included breakfast was awesome to have each morning with everyting from cereal, grits, oatmeal to waffles, scrambled eggs and yogart. Indoor pool was nice addition as well. Very close to food and stores. Will come back」

「ゴミ集荷場の目の前にも部屋があり，匂いが強く虫も多く飛んでおり，ベランダを開けて過ごすことが出来ませんでした．他の口コミにも同じ意見があったため，事前にゴミ集荷場の前の部屋を避けるように依頼していたにも関わらず，この部屋を割り当てられたことにスタッフの悪意を感じました．二度とこのホテルには泊まらないし，返金を望んでいます．またホテルは海岸から遠く，途中で何度も信号で止まらなければいけません．この価格でこの程度のホテルに泊まるくらいであれば，海岸沿いの別のホテルに泊まることを強く勧めます．
There was also a room right in front of the garbage collection point, which had a strong smell and many flying insects, making it impossible to spend time with the balcony open. I felt that the staff was malicious in assigning me this room, even though...
「We had a nice view from the side. Our sliding glass was off track but maintenance came immediately to fix it!! All staff were friendly and caring. Room was very clean. Lots of towels.」
「Once you arrive you are charged and additional premium fee as a security deposit. Why is this not included when you pay online? and they want cash? Then they say it will be refunded as soon as you check out. I am finding out that they don't do that either. Very unhappy with the front desk.
