"Amenities weren’t available as advertised, indoor pool food area closed early just because “there were only 6 check in’s” so the people who paid for the services had to go without. I had to clean out room as it was poorly cleaned and rust was EVERYWHERE. Never coming back out of season again, it was terrible. "

"We checked in at 4:00 and room was not ready. We stayed one night in partial ocean view with 2 full beds. It was fine for two people. Any more the room would have been crowded. Beds were comfy and nice view of ocean. No smart TV so I could not access my Netflix account. The tub was deeper than usual which would be good for a relaxing soak. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the view was fantastic at that spot. I would stay again for short trips in this type of room. Late check in and lack of Smart TV is reason for 4 stars."

"Hotel was nice and right along the boardwalk. Check-in was easy and staff was very nice. Room was clean and very spacious. I had no problem parking and there is a ton of stuff nearby. "

"Room was clean and smoke free. front desk guy (at check in time) was little arrogant(short tempered young guy-doesn’t know how to treat customers, in fact wasn’t polite) not happy during check in time. However other staff were excellent, lady at front desk during check out time was very nice and polite. Other staff(2other lady and one guy) during breakfast were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was not that bad, you might not find people with etiquette, however, there were ample of items including fresh waffles, yogurt, honeybuns muffins, bread butter PBJ, coffee juices, scrambled eggs sausages, banana and many more. Towel and sheets were properly cleaned. Pool water was not clean enough. However, it wa swarm water. Water Needs to be cleaned or filtered. Appliances in room were old, however functional. If you’re expecting everything to be excellent and modern, please check into Hilton or Holiday inn !! (Spend more money and get more comfort, that's how it). I just booked this hotel coz couldn’t find good hotel in surrounding area in my travel date. Would not mind to come back again. Overall good staff with good management. "

"There was weed smell in the hallways, $10 parking, but no way to tell if just anyone off the street was parking there, a big van taking up 2 spots while the parking was very tight. Balcony door handle half falling off, reported it, no one ever came up. No one should have to deal with weed smell down the hallways. The hotel had all winter to fix issues like a broken door handle."
