"I’ve been looking for a London hotel to use regularly and Page 8 might be my new go-to. The location was excellent, right off Trafalgar Square, and close to shopping and the tube. The room was clean and the customer service was fantastic."

"The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. My gripe was with the shower in our room. The water wouldn’t drain quickly so if you showered more then a minute the bathroom would flood. There was no tub just a small glass wall between the shower and the toilet and sink. I asked the staff the first morning we were there to send maintenance to unclog the drain and the woman told me she put in a work order. She said someone would come sort it out that day which was fine since we were out all day. Needless to say nothing changed and the bathroom still flooded. I don’t want to give the hotel too low of a rating since everything else was great but the shower situation really annoyed me."

"They clean roo.s every second day, which was fine for us. The shower had a broken shower head which was very frustrating as the water would shoot out all over and make showering a harrowing experience. Given how small the rooms were the water would pool and leak into the sleeping area."

"Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, the receptionist kindly offered my partner and me a complimentary drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, the doormen and lobby staff were consistently polite, always offering help and wishing us a great day. On the day of checkout, the gentleman at reception also extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel—everything was perfect from start to finish."

"My credit card was charged 300£ this morning after I checked after I checked out. This stay was already pre-paid for through Expedia with no incidental charges incurred. I brought this up to the gentleman that was at the front desk, and said there was nothing he could do at that moment and trust he would have it done before the end of the day. So I had to follow up via email with this specific staff member and the business account and no one has contacted me. The space was clean, but they only provide you with one towel, no wash cloths. Please be aware if you arrive early they will want to charge 10£ per item if you want them to hold your luggage until you are able yo check-in. Please be aware of credit card charges as soon as you check out. "
