「The hotel is lovely. Lots of little touches in the room and excellent service from all of the staff. The pub is perfect. Great service, great food, lovely beer garden and beautifully decorated. It’s the kind of pub/hotel you want as your local. 」
「All good. Had room upgrade. Room was a good distance but was large and comfortable. Bed was around 4feet off the ground in our room called William but was very comfortable. Staff were all very helpful. Had one small issue which was we were not allowed in the garden area to have drinks early evening although we did order some popcorn cauliflower. We were asked to go in a small area outside. It was very early and very quiet so couldn’t agree it was right to not allow us in the lovely garden...

「The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply.」

No room at family place so looked for reasonable overnight accommodation.

"It was terrible - on first day, we ordered crib and the staff brought a folded baby crib and she said she did not know how to set it up and simply left it there. When we asked if there was a blanket for the crib, they said there wasn’t one and that a staff member would take care of it the next day. Unfortunately, that night the infant fell out of our bed because we could not use the crib. Even the next day, the crib was still not set up. We went to the front desk again, but even after a couple of hours, no one brought anything. Eventually, the staff brought but he claimed he had delivered it to the wrong room number. On the third day, the room was not made up at all. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had, and we will never stay here again."
