"Such a cute hidden gem! The interior was modern and the lighting was nice and moody. It smelt really clean. They gave us clean towels and water every day. Has a smoking area outside the room. We rented their scooters for 300baht a day. It’s walking distance to the pier that gets busy but really quiet at night. We went to Koh Larn to chill and enjoy the slowness and got exactly that. The owner/family was really friendly and nice ☺️ we had a really good stay for the amount we paid. "

"The saying "do not judge a book by its cover" perfectly applies to this property. It is a hidden gem..... the BTS station is just a stone's throw away and 4 stations away to Asok - my favorite place to hang out. I love this place and I will definitely come back. "

"An amazing boutique hotel in Chiang Mai! The owner is the friendliest and the location is simply amazing. The location is tucked into a quiet street in central old city Chiang Mai. You are a ~1-2 minute walk to both a beautiful temple, numerous restaurants, and a 7-11 for any travel needs. You can’t go wrong by staying here!"

"This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money "

"Mut Mee Gardens is exactly what I hoped for in a tropical guesthouse. The rooms were well-cared for and accommodating, without ostentation. It's a casual place where you easily can spend the day lounging on your room's veranda or under a common palapa in the gardens. The gardens, and most rooms, face the promenade along the Mekong, so you can walk - or borrow one of their bikes - for miles along the river, and there's little if any motor vehicle noise. "What a gem this place is. Owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly. Helpful in every way they could be. The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. Steps away is a great locals restaurant where we were able to eat for a family of 3 for about $9 CAD. The owners there taught us how to add the fixings to our dishes via some sign language interpretation. There's...

"Nothing special about the hotel. Not too far from the beach. Rooms on the back face Big Buddha (see my picture). Room was spacious. Safebox was not working properly. Massage salon on the property. Restaurant across. Budget place to crash for a day or so. "
