"A/C worked great had to keep it turned on to drown out noise from room next door i complained twice , non working coffee machine they brought another on but it didn’t work, lamp shed not bolted on shade almost fell off dirty halls ways , elevator was filthy the place just dirty overfilled trash cans outside "

"We checked in pretty late. The gal at check in was nice. I guess I didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel, which is on me, but there was hair in the sheets of one of the beds. I have pets myself so I know that pet hair really gets into the fabric, but that should also prompt the housekeeping staff to check a little more carefully before putting new sheets on the bed.
