"Checking in stunk. Redheaded guy with a beard had a snooty attitude larger than the golf course nearby. Acted as if I didn't belong, incredibly impatient when I attempted to engage in polite conversation, and somehow "superior", which I fail to I understand how can hotel staff be superior to ANY guest. Not exactly what I call customer service, in fact, the opposite. "

"A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable. Nothing intentional just a rude older lady. Strong attitude when my youngest wanted a cover for the sleeper couch. Last thing I wanted to ask her was for a different room due to AC. I know it would not have ended well. First negative review I've had to write in several years. We stay in several hotels for basketball tournaments always around the same price range. Beds have always been comfortable and rooms have always been cold. Just a terrible experience overall for the one night we were there. Oh and rust water stains all over the tub. We thought it was dirt at first but just stains. But that didn't even bother me. Just the terrible beds and that terrible AC made it miserable to sleep!!! Please do better."

"Didn’t have breakfast. Parking is very good Mattress very comfortable. Everything is perfect except they must have limiters on the shower heads because the water pressure is pretty disappointing "

"This is a very basic hotel. Do not expect much. The carpets in the hall on the first floor were dirty and there is no carpet in the rooms. Nothing cozy about it. When you walk in ur hit w a disinfectant smell. Not my cup of tea. No bananas for breakfast. We waited a few minutes to get greeted, and then check-in was sorta slow. Anyway, we only paid $72 for the room, but I do not think I would stay there again. We literally were there to sleep. In and out in 7 hrs. The bed was comfortable enough. Water was hot. "

"I am not sure why Expedia recommended this hotel. My stay was comfortable but nothing to write home about. The reception was cold and uninviting. The room was blah. The biggest turnoff was that there was no coffee to make in the room. The breakfast was bland and unappealing. I would think twice before staying here again."
